A Greenvolt antecipa investimentos significativos em solu\u00e7\u00f5es de armazenamento de grandes dimens\u00f5es ao longo dos pr\u00f3ximos anos, nesta que \u00e9 uma tecnologia que tem vindo a ocupar posi\u00e7\u00e3o cada vez mais central na transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>Com vendas no primeiro semestre do ano, atrav\u00e9s da sua estrat\u00e9gia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o de ativos, superiores a 500 milh\u00f5es de Euros, a Greenvolt refor\u00e7a assim a sua capacidade de financiar o pr\u00f3ximo ciclo de investimento no mercado global, onde opera em 20 geografias na Europa, Am\u00e9rica do Norte e \u00c1sia.<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u00e3o Manso Neto, CEO do Grupo Greenvolt, afirma: \u201cEste aumento de capital faz parte de um percurso que temos vindo a construir com o nosso acionista e que refor\u00e7a, uma vez mais o seu compromisso com a estrat\u00e9gia da Greenvolt, permitindo-lhe o acesso a recursos financeiros que contribuem para acelerar a capacidade de execu\u00e7\u00e3o que tem vindo a demonstrar e para consolidar a posi\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo como um dos players de refer\u00eancia na transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A primeira fase deste aumento de capital, no valor de 100 milh\u00f5es de euros, ter\u00e1 lugar nos pr\u00f3ximos dias, enquanto a segunda fase, correspondendo aos restantes 50 milh\u00f5es de euros aprovados, dever\u00e1 realizar-se at\u00e9 30 de setembro deste ano.<br \/>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221;
