A Greenvolt concluiu uma transação com vista à aquisição de uma participação de 35%, suportada em direitos de participação e intervenção na gestão, na MaxSolar, uma empresa de referência no desenvolvimento, implementação e gestão de projetos fotovoltaicos solares nos mercados alemão e austríaco. Esta participação representa um investimento de 26 milhões de euros, tendo a Greenvolt ainda o direito de, no futuro, vir a reforçar o seu nível de participação acionista.<\/p>\n

A MaxSolar desenvolve projetos fotovoltaicos solares assentes no solo ou em telhados na Alemanha e na Áustria. Tem um pipeline de projetos de 3.2 GW, dos quais 0.8 GW estão em estado avançado de desenvolvimento. Para além do seu posicionamento no mercado do desenvolvimento de projetos solares, a MaxSolar constitui também uma referência de mercado no segmento de EPC – Engineering, Procurement and Construction. <\/p>\n

João Manso Neto, CEO da Greenvolt, destaca que “esta aquisição é um passo muito significativo para Greenvolt num dos mais relevantes mercados mundiais de energia renovável, nomeadamente solar.  A entrada da Greenvolt na Alemanha, através da MaxSolar, torna-nos num importante ator neste mercado<\/em>."<\/p>\n

A Alemanha é um dos principais mercados mundiais de energias renováveis, quer em termos de capacidade instalada (cerca de 60 GW de solar em 2021), quer no ecossistema de renováveis, incluindo tecnologia, fornecedores, produtores e consumidores.<\/p>\n

As mais recentes políticas germânicas neste setor têm como objetivo o aumento da capacidade solar instalada para 300 GW até 2030, criando importantes oportunidades no mercado.
