Revolving financing facility increased by €157.5 million, with maturity extended by three years.

This refinancing extended the matury to July 2029, with four new lenders joining the banking syndicate, as well as increased commitments among the existing syndicate.

The €472.5 million facility will help strengthen Greenvolt Group’s balance sheet and support its growth, in particular the acceleration of its 12.8 GW probability weighted pipeline of wind, solar and BESS projects in the Utility-Scale segment.

Greenvolt Group has increased the amount of a revolving financing facility from €315 million to €472.5 million, as part of an overall €400 million financing transaction originally contracted in 2024.

This facility, initially approved until the October 2027, now includes a three-year bullet repayment structure, with its maturity extended to July 2029, subject to terms and conditions, including guarantees, typical of similar transactions.

As part of this refinancing, the syndicated loan attracted four new financial institutions, as well as increased commitments among the existing syndicate, reflecting the financial institutions’ confidence in Greenvolt’s strategy and ambition. Following the operation, and including the existing lenders, the syndicate now comprises 12 international institutions.

The financing reinforces the company’s strategy of consolidating long-term relationships with leading financial institutions as it continues to expand its operations in the renewable energy sector.

This refinancing operation demonstrates the strength of Greenvolt's renewable energy development platform and the quality of its project pipeline, while providing the financial flexibility to accelerate growth, particularly in Utility Scale, and execute our long-term strategy.
