Greenvolt was once again recognized as “Issuer of the Year” at the 2023 edition of the Euronext Lisbon Awards, a category that distinguishes issuers who carried out operations with greater relevance and visibility in the Portuguese capital market.
Following the success of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) carried out in July 2021, which earned it the same distinction in the last edition of the Euronext Lisbon Awards, Greenvolt repeats the feat, this time as a result of the two operations carried out in the Portuguese capital market during last year.
In addition to the €100 million capital increase, in an operation marked by high demand, Greenvolt carried out what was the first issue of “green bonds” in Portugal for retail investors, in an operation of €150 million. Greenvolt 2027 Green Bonds are listed in Euronext Lisbon.
