Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. was distinguished in GlobalCapital’s “Equity Capital Markets Awards” as one of the “Outstanding Equity Capital Market Deals” in Europe, Middle East and Africa, recognizing the success of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) held in July 2021.
The IPO was carried out after a successful capital increase of 150 million euros, fully subscribed by institutional investors. This operation was coordinated by BNP Paribas and CaixaBank, with the French bank being awarded “ECM House of the Year Iberia”.
Greenvolt shares were sold to investors at 4.25 euros each. Since their debut on the Portuguese capital market, they have registered a strong performance. They’ve reached an all-time high of 8.10 euros in the main index of the Lisbon stock exchange, the PSI, where they were included only three months after the IPO.
