Greenvolt and Tresa Energía, owner of Perfecta Energía, enter into an agreement under which Greenvolt intends to subscribe to a capital increase, following which it may hold 29.23% of the capital share of Perfecta Energía, with effective participation in the management of the company.
Perfecta Energía is a company created in 2019, headquartered in Madrid and operating throughout Spain, dedicated to the marketing, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic panel systems for self-consumption in the domestic segment (B2C segment).
The photovoltaic energy production sector in Spain is considered one of the greatest potentials in Europe, due to the country’s natural conditions, and due to the low level of market development.
Greenvolt therefore believes that there is great potential for medium-term growth for a company like Perfecta Energia, both in terms of turnover and the profitability generated.
The projected operation is part of Greenvolt’s ambitious national and international expansion project and constitutes another stage in its consolidation process as a reference player, at an international level, in the renewable energy market, contributing, in particular, in the context of its growth strategy and business expansion.
