”It was great to see that this kind of initiative is welcomed at Greenvolt and that such trainings are provided to us.
You led the organization of an electrical mobility training for the O&M team to build new skills that will address market trends and clients needs. In what ways did this learning experience contribute to your overall professional development?
The training was about General Electricity Rules and Calculations as well as Electrical Mobility aspects for the whole Operations department at Greenvolt Comunidades. This learning experience was perfect to make sure that the whole team has the same knowledge regarding basic electrical aspects so we can discuss technical aspects knowing that all of us understand each other.
What motivated you to take part in the electrical mobility training, and how did you see it aligning with your career goals?
I have an Electrical Engineering background, that’s why I was one of the responsibles to lead this initiative. It was a good opportunity to review some key concepts, and to ensure that all the important and critical aspects were taught by an expert – in this case, the Lead Inspector of an Electrical Inspector Entity.
How has this experience shaped your view of development opportunities at Greenvolt?
It was great to see that this kind of initiative is welcomed at Greenvolt and that such trainings are provided to us. It is of utmost importance that we all have the same basic knowledge and concepts, especially because our role is to lead engineering projects.
