As SAP GPO, being the focal point for so many geographies, what new skills or capabilities have you developed through the experience of leading this complex, multi-stakeholder project?
Throughout this project, my communication skills have evolved significantly, not only in terms of clarity of message, but also in building relationships based on trust, active listening, and mutual understanding. I have developed a greater ability to prioritize, learning to balance global strategic objectives, considering the maturity of SAP in each geography and the respective local realities. One of the most valuable skills was the ability to inspire collaboration between different teams and functions, promoting aligned and effective communication with a sustainable long-term impact.
How has this project helped you step outside your comfort zone or approach challenges in new ways?
I learned to steer conversations even when there was no complete alignment, listening carefully to identify underlying concerns that were not always easily expressed. Instead of looking for a perfect, one-size-fits-all solution, I adopted a more interactive and results-oriented approach, including testing and improvements in SAP, gathering feedback, and quickly adjusting the paradigm. This professional experience made me more agile, collaborative, and focused on achieving results.
How has this experience shaped your view of development opportunities at Greenvolt?
Greenvolt offers much more than challenging tools and projects, it provides an environment of trust, autonomy, and collaborative growth. Taking on the role of GPO and integrating this project, supporting the implementation of SAP solutions, exposed me to complex challenges and extremely enriching cross-functional collaboration.
This experience reinforced my motivation and confidence to explore all the opportunities that Greenvolt has to offer, from team leadership to process optimization, always with a focus on continuous growth and value creation.

What new skills or capabilities have you developed through the experience of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects?
Team work spirit, as we need to collaborate with many people from very different areas of knowledge and expertise. Patience and open mind, since we are a multinational team working globally on advanced technical projects. Flexibility, as we are working in different time zones. And rational thinking, as you need to have good understanding of the subject so you are capable to easily explain that to others.
How have these projects helped you step outside your comfort zone or approach challenges in new ways?
We have such a great speed with new deployments that time is extremely limited – we need to be self-confident and quickly analyze plenty of data, as the end we are responsible for taken decisions. It is better to accept some points than just recommending.
How has this experience shaped your view of development opportunities at Greenvolt?
Thanks to this experience I became the part of growing BESS Team which in my opinion is getting even better in all aspects.
By being open-minded and willing to make decisions which is equal to being responsible for that, I am involved in more and more serious projects with greater complexity. Become self-confident and open minded for any new challenges.
